How does DumaGo generate listings?+
Simply photograph your items and our AI (powered by Google Gemini) automatically detects each item, identifies what it is, suggests a price based on market data, and creates a complete listing ready to publish on eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Shops, and more.
Which marketplaces are supported?+
DumaGo supports eBay, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shops via direct API integration. Through our browser extension, you can also list on Mercari, Poshmark, and Facebook Marketplace.
How do I connect a marketplace account?+
Go to the Integrations page from your dashboard. Click "Connect" next to the marketplace you want to link, and follow the OAuth authorization flow. You can disconnect at any time.
Can I edit listings before publishing?+
Yes! After the AI generates a listing, you can review and edit the title, description, price, condition, category, and photos before publishing to any marketplace.
How does pricing work?+
DumaGo offers a free tier with limited listings per month. For higher volume sellers, we offer paid plans with more listings, priority processing, and additional features. Visit the Pricing page for details.
What happens to my photos?+
Photos are stored for 30 days after upload, then automatically deleted. Photos associated with active marketplace listings are retained while the listing is live. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?+
You can delete your account from the Settings page. This will remove all your data, disconnect marketplace accounts, and cancel any active subscription.
Is the browser extension safe?+
Yes. The extension only accesses marketplace pages to auto-fill listing forms on your behalf. It does not collect browsing history or unrelated page content, and contains no third-party analytics or tracking.
